2a. Contact form (About Us page)
When you submit a contact request, we collect: full name, company name, email address, and the reason for your inquiry.
2b. Product enquiry form (Product Directory page)
When you submit a Request for Quotation, we collect: company name, contact person name, email address, phone number, product category, operating environment description, and any special technical requirements.
2c. Analytics data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous information about how visitors interact with our website (pages visited, time on site, country of origin). This data does not identify you personally and is never used for advertising or remarketing purposes.

4. Data Retention
Personal data submitted through the contact and product enquiry forms is retained indefinitely for the sole purpose of maintaining a record of business correspondence and being able to follow up on past enquiries. This data is used exclusively by GT Consulting and is not shared with third parties.
Analytics data is retained by Google according to the retention settings configured in the Google Analytics account (maximum 14 months).
Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage and persists until you clear it manually.
